RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Return policy

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return purchased products.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags still attached.

How to make a return

  1. Contact us by email at klyvoitalia@gmail.com, indicating your order number and the products you wish to return

  2. You will receive return shipping instructions

  3. Carefully pack the products in their original packaging

  4. Ship the package to the address we will provide

Return costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • In the case of a defective product or an error on our part, the return will be free of charge

Refunds

Once the return has been received and inspected, we will process the refund within 5–7 business days.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange size or color:

  2. Return the original product

  3. Place a new order for the desired product

Non-returnable products

For hygiene reasons, some items may not be returnable if opened or used.

Defective products
